Here are some of my short term goals for getting healthier
- weekly blogging
- not drinking diet coke (quit 1/14/12)
- gym 3 times a week
- being nice to myself (a constant battle)
- recording food at WW site (1/1/12- doing this daily!)
- trying new veggies/fruits: (2/12: cold kiwi, good!)
- walk the three flights of stairs to my office without losing my breath
- C25K Week 1 (1/20: started, will stay on week 1 til it feels ok to move on)
- C25K Week 2 (2/19 started)

- C25K Week 6

- 5k!
