Running Large

Here are some other blogs, articles, and discussions about running to lose weight or while heavy.  Several of them are written by people who have had success with Weight Watchers and running as primary tools.

(Large runners are sometimes offered a special category in races, usually called "Athenas"- and usually for those over 150 lbs!  I think this is a pretty arbitrary cut-off.  There's little written for those of us who are 100 lbs more than a "large runner"!)
